A: Privado Eyewear designs are handcrafted using the highest quality materials. All of our designs are made from quality Hypoallergenic Acetate and Metal. We use Teflon screws, and our lenses are Nylon Polarized or Non polarized and are scratch resistant and anti-reflective.
Q: Where is your eyewear made?
A: Our eyewear is made in one of the largest and high quality eyewear makers in the world. They are located in China.
Q: What can I do If I need to exchange or return my eyewear?
A: We offer a 30 day free exchange and return policy. You may go to our returns form located on our website's return policy section. Fill in your order number and email and then follow the prompts. You will be contacted by our team after review of your return and exchange request. Once your request is approved we will issue a free return label, for you to return your items.
