If your frames aren't right, send them back — it costs you nothing.
HOW RETURNS WORK
- Go to Start a Return or Exchange and tell us your order number. No account needed.
- We'll email you a prepaid return label within one business day — usually much sooner.
- Drop off the package. That's it.
- Your refund goes back to your original payment method within 2 business days of your frames reaching us.
If you have a Privado account, you can also request a return straight from your order history. Either route works — you never need to email us.
Returns are accepted within 60 days of your purchase date. Frames need to be unworn and in their case — you don't need the original invoice, the outer box, or a printed form.
WANT A DIFFERENT FRAME INSTEAD?
Tell us which frame you'd like when you start your exchange, and we'll ship your replacement as soon as your return is on its way. No waiting on a refund, no placing a second order, no paying twice.

Don't send it back. Let us know and we'll get a replacement out to you right away.

Gift cards can't be returned. Frames damaged after delivery aren't covered by our return policy — but tell us anyway and we'll see what we can do.
