Every frame here blocks 100% of UVA and UVB, every lens is scratch resistant, and every frame was made for a face rather than a category. If you’re not sure, order the one you’re drawn to and decide with it on. You have 60 days, and we pay the return shipping.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is your return policy?

If your Privado frames aren’t right, you can return them within 60 days of your purchase. Frames need to be unworn and in their case — you don’t need the original packaging, the invoice, or a printed form. We send you a prepaid label and pay the return shipping, and your refund goes back to your original form of payment. If you’d rather exchange, tell us which frame you’d like and we ship it as soon as your return is on its way.

How much do I need to order to qualify for free shipping?

We’re happy to offer free shipping to all orders shipping to the United States, regardless of the order size. Orders should arrive within 2-5 business days from the date you place your order. International shipping is a flat $19.99, and free on orders over $99.

What type of UV rays are blocked with UV400 protection?

Privado frames offer UV400 protection, blocking 100% of all harmful UV rays. This protection blocks wavelengths up to 400 nanometers, including both UVA and UVB rays.
